We are responsible for building and developing the entire supply chain for order delivery on our e-commerce platform. We strive to create sustainable solutions that will help us grow our business in a responsible way – this approach is what makes us constantly improve our delivery services and work on new, even more environmentally friendly ones.

One of such green solutions we developed is Allegro One, thanks to which we’re able to introduce not only more convenient but also more sustainable parcel machines – powered by renewable energy sources and covered with vegetation.

What you’ll be working on?

  • You will support the ESG reporting process for packaging and waste, ensuring our sustainability metrics are accurate and transparent.
  • You will be responsible for ​​identifying and sourcing high-quality data from internal systems and external stakeholders, acting as a bridge between the Operations and ESG departments.
  • You will develop robust calculation methodologies to track and improve our environmental footprint.
  • You will co-decide with/on market trends and benchmarking, helping the Operations team stay ahead of sustainable packaging innovations.
  • You will create and pitch innovative concepts for e-commerce packaging, focusing on material reduction, recyclability, and enhancing the customer "unboxing" experience.

This role is for you if you:

  • Are eager to continuously develop skills and expand knowledge in the fields of environmental regulations, life cycle assessment (LCA), and modern waste management strategies.
  • Like analyses and can connect the dots between complex spreadsheets and real-world environmental impact, turning raw numbers into actionable business recommendations.
  • Have ideas on how to demonstrate to others the benefits of sustainable transitions, using data-driven arguments to influence our Operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Are willing to act according to the best practice recommended in the team while collaborating with internal auditors and the Operations department.
  • Are looking for a job that offers a mix of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving in a high-impact field.
  • Know English at B2+ level
