We are the Carlsberg Shared Services - an entity within the Carlsberg Group providing a variety of services to other markets and functions - which bring synergies to the Group when done centrally.

We have 17 years of experience in transitioning, transforming, and optimizing processes. Currently, the team consists of more than 450 people who support 12 European markets on a daily basis: working within master data, finance operations, financial controlling, procurement, compliance & internal controls, logistics, sales support, and many other critical areas that are essential to our Group. Throughout the years we’ve managed to embrace new technologies, redefine ways of working, reduce operating costs and improve the quality of Carlsberg's processes across Western Europe.
